Laurie Deer is a Mohawk woman from Kahnawà:ke Mohawk Territory in Quebec, a mother, a runner, and the owner of Deer Apothecary. The business was born from a practical need. In 2023, Laurie learned her magnesium levels were low and required daily support. Unable to find a product that met her expectations, she developed her own—what would become Deer Apothecary’s signature product, Magnesium Oil Spray. What began as a personal solution quickly grew as others experienced its benefits.

As the brand evolved, additional products were thoughtfully added to the all-natural line, including Organic Castor Oil, Sleep Spray, and a dedicated all-natural collection formulated for pets. Each product is handcrafted with care, using native, organic ingredients and a commitment to quality and intention.
