At Deer Apothecary, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Products must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund

  • Opened or used products
  • Personal care and cosmetic items once opened
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Process

  1. Email us at info@deerapothecary.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. If approved, return instructions will be provided
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution
